Lake Mead Mobile Notary offers secure, state-approved Remote Online Notarization (RON) for clients who need documents notarized without leaving home. Whether you're in Nevada or out of state, our online notary services make it easy to complete your notarization over a video call.
All signers must present valid ID and be physically located within the United States during the session. You’ll receive a digital copy of the notarized document immediately after the appointment, and in some cases, a downloadable recording of the session for legal compliance.
This is ideal for affidavits, authorizations, contracts, and financial or personal forms that don’t require in-person witnesses.
1. Schedule your appointment
Choose a time and submit your document online. You’ll receive an invitation to join a secure notary session.
2. Verify identity
You’ll complete ID verification and upload your document for review prior to the session.
3. Join the session
Log in at your appointment time using a computer or mobile device with camera/mic access.
4. Sign and notarize
Your notary will guide you through the signing process and apply the digital notarial seal.
5. Download your document
You’ll receive the completed and notarized file immediately after the session.
For traditional notarizations, a Nevada notary public commission only works within Nevada - both the notary and signer must be physically in Nevada. However, Nevada notaries can perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) for out-of-state signers while the notary remains physically in Nevada. Lake Mead Mobile Notary offers both traditional mobile notarization throughout Las Vegas and RON services for clients located outside Nevada. For international document use, Nevada notarizations may require apostille certification through the Nevada Secretary of State, which we can coordinate.
