We visit the facility, verify identity using the inmate's facility-issued ID, witness the signature, and apply the Nevada notarial seal. The executed power of attorney is then immediately valid for the authorized party to use.

Visits are subject to warden department approval and require 1–2 weeks advance coordination — please confirm the facility's current visitation schedule before booking. The incarcerated individual must present their current facility-issued ID card at the time of notarization. Family members or attorneys who are present should also bring their own government-issued photo ID.
