  • Rush/same-day: Once scheduled and dispatched, non-refundable
  • Re-inspection/return trips: Billed at posted re-inspection rate

We understand that Southern Nevada experiences extreme weather conditions. Our policy includes the following exceptions:

  • Severe weather: Flash flood warnings, extreme heat advisories, or hazardous road conditions as determined by NV DOT or local authorities
  • Natural disasters: Earthquakes, fires, or other emergencies affecting travel safety
  • Medical emergencies: Documented medical emergencies for client or immediate family (hospital admission, emergency surgery, etc.)
  • Facility closures: Hospitals, jails, or other facilities closing due to emergencies or security situations
  • Death in family: Immediate family member death with documentation; full refund or reschedule

Weather/emergency exceptions require notification as soon as safely possible and may require documentation for refund processing.
