VP-223 is Nevada’s Certificate of Inspection and Affidavit of Trailer Construction used to inspect and certify a rebuilt, reconstructed, specially constructed, or kit trailer for registration/title under NRS 482.223. Part I is a DMV safety inspection (all applicable items must be marked PASS). Part II is the owner’s affidavit signed under oath and witnessed by a DMV representative or a Notary Public.
