Plan to bring: (1) a valid government-issued photo ID; (2) your completed but unsigned VP-188; (3) the current title or lienholder letter, plus the latest registration; and (4) Nevada Evidence of Insurance listing either a trustee or the trust. If there’s a lien, bring the lienholder’s approval or follow DMV instructions for title handling.
