Family Court Uses Odyssey File & Serve for Online Filing and Service

The Clerk of the Court provides Odyssey File & Serve. A filing must be submitted to the correct court location and case, use the applicable filing and document codes, include required supporting documents, and address filing and service fees. Court acceptance remains a clerk-controlled process.
