Include official military orders or service records showing you were on active duty in a combat or combat-support assignment when your registration expired. Bring normal renewal documents (Nevada Evidence of Insurance, etc.). If renewing by mail, the VP-258 must be notarized; in person, you’ll sign before a DMV representative.
