What to know about this form

The VP-159 is used to qualify a farm vehicle so certain Nevada registration fees may be based on the vehicle’s unladen weight instead of the declared gross weight (for vehicles with unladen weight of 10,000 lbs or more). It applies to vehicles that meet Nevada’s farm-vehicle definition and are controlled/operated by a farmer or rancher for their own agricultural use.
