Client-Directed Nevada LLC Formation Document Preparation
Lake Mead Mobile Notary prepares a standard Nevada limited-liability company formation document package for customers who have already decided to create an LLC and can provide their business name, management structure, registered-agent information, ownership details, and organizational instructions.
The service coordinates preparation of the standard formation documents using decisions and factual information supplied by the customer. Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine whether an LLC is the best entity type, select the customer’s tax treatment, recommend an ownership structure, or provide legal, accounting, securities, or tax advice.
What the Standard Package May Include
The confirmed standard package may include:
- Nevada Articles of Organization preparation
- Initial List of Managers or Managing Members preparation
- Nevada State Business License filing preparation

- Entry of customer-supplied registered-agent information
- Routine formatting and quality-control review
- One ordinary factual revision within the accepted scope
- Filing-submission coordination
- Secure electronic delivery of the completed organizational documents
Custom governance provisions, unusual ownership arrangements, professional entities, series LLCs, foreign qualifications, tax elections, local licenses, EIN applications, certified copies, and expedited processing are separate unless expressly included.

How the Service Works
1. Submit the formation intake
The customer provides the proposed business name, addresses, registered-agent information, management structure, ownership details, and organizational decisions.
2. Scope and name review
Lake Mead Mobile Notary reviews the intake for completeness, standard-package fit, naming issues, missing information, and matters requiring professional review or a custom quote.
3. Formation-document preparation
The Articles of Organization, Initial List, State Business License filing information, operating agreement, and organizational resolutions are prepared within the confirmed scope.
4. Customer review and approval
The customer reviews and confirms the business name, addresses, registered agent, management structure, ownership information, effective date, and organizational provisions.
5. Filing and document delivery
After customer approval and payment of the applicable service and government charges, the accepted filing documents are submitted through the confirmed channel. Completed organizational documents and available filing evidence are delivered according to the confirmed order.
Before You Start
Make the Business Decisions Before Preparation
The customer must select the LLC name, registered agent, management structure, owners, ownership interests, voting arrangement, and operating instructions.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary cannot recommend:
- Whether an LLC should be formed
- Whether another entity type would be better
- Whether the LLC should be member-managed or manager-managed
- Who should own or control the company
- How ownership percentages should be divided
- How profits, losses, or voting rights should be allocated
- Which tax classification or election should be used
- Whether the business structure complies with securities laws
- Whether the company provides adequate liability or asset protection
- Whether the arrangement affects benefits, licensing, taxes, debts, family property, or estate planning
Questions involving entity selection, taxes, investments, ownership rights, customized governance, securities, liability protection, or legal consequences should be directed to an attorney, accountant, tax professional, or other qualified adviser.
Matters That May Require a Custom Quote or Professional Review
Additional review may be required when the proposed company involves:
- Multiple ownership classes
- Complex voting or distribution arrangements
- Outside investors
- Customized transfer restrictions
- Vesting or earn-in provisions
- Member loans or capital-call provisions
- Real estate syndication
- Securities offerings
- Professional or regulated services
- Licensed occupations
- Trust, estate, or entity owners
- Non-United States owners
- Series LLC structures
- Parent companies or subsidiary arrangements
- Conversion from another entity type
- A merger, acquisition, or existing-business transfer
- Extensive customized operating-agreement provisions
Lake Mead Mobile Notary may limit the service to the government formation documents or refer the customer for professional review when the requested structure exceeds the verified standard package.
Services and Costs Not Included
The starting package price does not include:
- Nevada Secretary of State filing fees
- Nevada State Business License fees
- Expedited government processing
- Registered-agent service or registered-agent fees
- Employer Identification Number application
- Federal, state, county, or city tax registration
- Local business licenses or permits
- Sales-tax or payroll registration
- Certified copies
- Certificate of good standing
- Name reservation
- Foreign qualification
- Professional licensing

- Additional entities, members, documents, or revisions
- Rush preparation
Government and third-party charges remain separate unless expressly included in the confirmed order. The pricing matrix also excludes registered-agent fees, EIN services, certified copies, and expedited government processing from the standard starting package.
Filing and Business Approval
Document preparation and filing coordination do not guarantee:
- Acceptance of a proposed business name
- Acceptance or approval of a filing
- Issuance by a particular deadline
- Approval of a bank account, loan, lease, license, permit, contract, or merchant account
- A particular tax classification
- Liability protection
- Acceptance of the operating agreement by another person or institution
The Nevada Secretary of State controls filing acceptance and issuance. Banks, licensing agencies, taxing authorities, landlords, lenders, and other recipients determine their own requirements.
Ongoing Compliance Is Separate
Formation does not complete every future business obligation. Annual or periodic filings, State Business License renewal, local licensing, tax registrations, amendments, registered-agent changes, and other compliance services are separate unless included in another confirmed order. The Nevada Secretary of State states that the State Business License must be renewed annually and that Title 7 entities handle that license through the Initial or Annual List process.
Document Services
Submit your documents, requested service, deadline, and available instructions. Lake Mead Mobile Notary will review the matter and confirm the scope, price, required information, and expected turnaround.
