Local Pickup of Available Court Filing Records
Lake Mead Mobile Notary coordinates physical pickup of an available file-stamped document or related filing record from the appropriate Nevada court office.
This service is intended for a customer, attorney, law firm, business, agency, fiduciary, or self-represented party who has already filed a document or requested a copy and needs a local representative to retrieve the available result.
Depending on the accepted scope, Lake Mead Mobile Notary may:
- Confirm the customer-identified court and counter
- Review the case and document information supplied by the customer
- Confirm whether the requested document is reportedly available
- Review pickup instructions supplied by the court or requesting party
- Present customer-supplied written authorization when required
- Present identification when permitted and required
- Pay customer-authorized copy or administrative charges
- Retrieve the available file-stamped or conformed copy
- Retrieve an available signed and filed order
- Retrieve an available filing receipt or clerk-issued completion record
- Verify apparent case and document information before leaving the counter
- Scan the retrieved document when included
- Communicate material pickup status
- Return the document through the agreed electronic, physical, courier, mail, or tracked-shipping method
This is an administrative retrieval and delivery service. It does not include legal advice, court representation, legal research, docket analysis, certification, substantive document preparation, or a guarantee that the requested record will be available when the runner arrives.
What a File-Stamped Copy Is
A file-stamped copy is a copy of a document bearing information that indicates the court accepted or filed it.
The filing information may include:
- Court name
- Filing date
- Filing time
- Case number
- Clerk stamp
- Electronic filing notation
- Filing transaction information
- Another court-generated filing mark
The exact appearance depends on the court and filing method.
A file stamp generally documents that a paper was accepted into the court record. It does not establish that:
- The document is legally sufficient
- Every statement is true
- The requested relief was granted
- The judge approved the filing
- The filing was timely
- Another party was properly served
- The document is a certified copy
- The document is a final order
- The customer prevailed
The legal significance of the filed document remains separate from the administrative filing mark.
Documents That May Be Retrieved
Depending on availability, authorization, and the accepted scope, the service may be used to retrieve:
- File-stamped complaint
- File-stamped petition
- File-stamped answer
- File-stamped motion
- File-stamped opposition or response
- File-stamped reply
- File-stamped declaration or affidavit
- File-stamped proof or certificate of service
- File-stamped proposed order
- Signed and filed order
- Filed judgment
- Filed decree
- Filed stipulation
- Filed notice
- Filed cover sheet
- Filed exhibit document
- Filing receipt
- Clerk rejection or deficiency notice
- Conformed filing copy
- Another customer-identified filing record available for pickup
The customer must identify the exact document or category of document requested.
A broad instruction such as “pick up everything in the case” is generally a court-record retrieval or file-copy request rather than a routine File-Stamped Copy Pickup.
When This Service May Be Appropriate
File-Stamped Copy Pickup may be appropriate when:
- A paper filing was accepted but the copy was not returned during the original visit
- A court instructed the filer to return later
- A copy request was placed on hold for pickup
- A signed order or decree is available at the clerk’s office
- An attorney or out-of-area firm needs a local runner
- A customer cannot travel to the courthouse
- The electronic copy is unavailable or insufficient for the customer’s administrative purpose
- A physical paper copy is required for delivery to another recipient
- A file-stamped copy must be scanned, mailed, or shipped
- A prior filing service did not include a later return trip
- The court has provided specific pickup instructions
The Eighth Judicial District Court permits copy requests to be held at its Records Division for pickup, and its official records guidance directs requesters to state whether copies should be mailed or held for collection.
Pickup After a Physical Filing
When a document is filed physically, the filer may supply copies for the clerk to stamp and return.
The Eighth Judicial District Court’s filing-preparation guidance instructs physical filers to present the original and copies, with the original retained for the official court file and the copies file-stamped and returned for records or service.
A later pickup may still be needed when:
- The clerk retains the filing for further review
- The customer did not supply a return copy
- A signed order becomes available later
- The document requires judicial processing
- The counter instructs the filer to return
- The filing was completed by another person
- An original or supplemental document remains at the court
- A physical completion record was not available during the initial trip
The pickup order must identify what the court is expected to release.
Pickup After Electronic Filing
Electronic filing systems ordinarily provide filing notices and file-stamped documents electronically when the filing is accepted.
Las Vegas Justice Court currently requires an email address for delivery of the file-stamped copy associated with a civil electronic filing.
A physical pickup may therefore be unnecessary when:
- The accepted file-stamped PDF is available through email
- The filing platform provides the accepted document
- The customer can download the record
- The customer only needs an ordinary paper printout
Before scheduling a physical run, Lake Mead Mobile Notary may ask the customer to check:
- Filing-platform account
- Filing-status email
- Spam or junk folder
- Attorney or firm account
- Customer-supplied email address
- Court portal
- Prior filing-service completion records
If the electronic copy is available, Document Printing and Scanning or Tracked Document Shipping Coordination may be more appropriate than courthouse pickup.
File-Stamped Copy Versus Conformed Copy
A file-stamped copy ordinarily displays court-generated filing information showing that the document was accepted into the record.
A conformed copy generally reproduces the filed document and may receive a clerk stamp or notation showing that it corresponds with the filing presented.
The terms may be used differently by particular courts, law offices, and customers.
The pickup request should identify:
- Exact document
- Filing date
- Whether a clerk stamp is required
- Whether an electronic file-stamped copy is acceptable
- Whether a physical paper copy is required
- Whether certification is required
- Whether a signed order is being requested
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not represent an ordinary conformed or file-stamped copy as a certified copy.
File-Stamped Copy Versus Certified Copy
A file-stamped copy and a certified copy are not the same product.
A certified copy ordinarily includes a clerk’s certification or court seal confirming that the copy is an official reproduction of the court record.
A customer may need a certified copy for:
- Government agency
- Name change
- Apostille
- Authentication
- Financial institution
- Title company
- Foreign proceeding
- Licensing authority
- Another recipient requiring official certification
The Eighth Judicial District Court processes plain, certified, and exemplified copy requests through its Records Division.
A request requiring certification should be routed to Certified Court Record Retrieval rather than represented as a routine file-stamped-copy pickup.
File-Stamped Copy Versus Signed Order
A file-stamped submission does not necessarily mean the judge signed or granted it.
For example:
- A proposed order may be filed but unsigned
- A motion may be filed but undecided
- A petition may be filed but pending
- A decree may be submitted but not approved
- A stipulation may be filed but still require judicial action
When the customer needs a signed order, judgment, or decree, the request should identify:
- Document title
- Date submitted
- Judicial department
- Whether the judge has signed it
- Whether the signed document was filed
- Whether the clerk or department stated it is ready
- Whether an electronic copy has already been issued
- Whether certification is also required
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine whether the court should sign the document or when judicial review will occur.
File-Stamped Copy Versus Court Record Retrieval
File-Stamped Copy Pickup assumes that a specific document or completion record has already been identified and is reportedly available.
Court Record Search or Court Record Retrieval may be required when the customer does not know:
- Case number
- Document title
- Filing date
- Whether the document was filed
- Which court maintains the case
- Whether the requested paper exists
- Whether the requested record is public
- Whether certification is required
The Eighth Judicial District Court permits public court records to be researched online, in person, or through its records-request procedures. Its official guidance states that civil, criminal, probate, divorce, and domestic records are maintained through the applicable clerk offices.
A search or broad case-file request should not be priced or represented as a simple pickup.
File-Stamped Copy Versus Filing Receipt
A filing receipt may identify:
- Filing transaction
- Documents submitted
- Filing date
- Court charges
- Payment method
- Envelope or transaction number
- Clerk or platform status
A receipt may help establish that a submission occurred, but it is not necessarily the file-stamped court document.
The customer should state whether the requested result is:
- Filing receipt
- File-stamped document
- Accepted electronic PDF
- Clerk-stamped paper copy
- Signed order
- Certified copy
- Rejection notice
- Payment receipt
- Another completion record
Lake Mead Mobile Notary retrieves only the available record included in the confirmed order.
Court Location and Records Counter
The correct location may depend on:
- Court
- Case type
- Civil, criminal, family, juvenile, probate, or guardianship matter
- Filing counter versus records counter
- Whether the copy is awaiting pickup
- Whether a judicial department holds the document
- Whether the record is stored off-site
- Whether the request was submitted by email or mail
- Whether the document is public, sealed, or restricted
The Eighth Judicial District Court maintains records and filing functions through different clerk locations, and its official guidance identifies separate records access for general civil and criminal matters and for family and domestic matters.
Physical addresses, parking, security, accessibility, and building-access details should remain in the related Facility records rather than being hard-coded into this CMS record.
Records Request Held for Pickup
A customer may submit a copy request in advance and instruct the court to hold the result for pickup.
The Eighth Judicial District Court’s records page expressly permits a requester to indicate whether copies should be mailed or held at the Records Division. It also states that copy and search requests may be submitted through the court’s identified request procedures.
When a copy request is being held, provide:
- Requester name
- Case number
- Copy-request confirmation
- Date submitted
- Court or records division
- Document requested
- Plain, certified, or exemplified status
- Amount due
- Pickup authorization
- Court contact or notice
- Any reference number
- Name under which the request was placed
The runner should not be dispatched until the court or customer has provided enough information to locate the request.
Las Vegas Justice Court Records Requests
Las Vegas Justice Court requires copy and research requests for civil court records to be made in writing using its designated request form. Court copy and certification charges apply separately.
A Las Vegas Justice Court matter may therefore require:
- Completed court request form
- Case number
- Document identification
- Requester information
- Payment
- Email or mail submission
- Court processing
- Confirmation that the copy is ready
- Pickup or return instructions
The Lake Mead Mobile Notary service charge does not include the court’s copy, certification, search, or other government charges.
Availability Confirmation
Whenever possible, confirm availability before dispatch.
Useful confirmation may include:
- Court email
- Filing-platform notice
- Clerk notice
- Records-request confirmation
- Telephone confirmation
- Attorney instruction
- Judicial department instruction
- Copy-request status
- Written pickup message
- Customer’s verified filing record
Lake Mead Mobile Notary may contact the appropriate public court office for administrative status when included, but the court may restrict what information it provides to a third party.
A statement that the document “should be ready” is not equivalent to confirmation that it is available.
Authorization to Pick Up
Some records may be available to any member of the public. Others may require:
- Written authorization
- Requester identification
- Attorney information
- Party identification
- Court order
- Proof of relationship
- Original receipt
- Copy-request confirmation
- Payment
- Another court-specific requirement
The customer should provide a signed authorization when:
- The copy request was placed in another person’s name
- The court requested authorization
- The case is restricted
- The document contains confidential information
- A law firm or business is directing the pickup
- An original document is being released
- Another person’s property or record will be collected
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee that the court will release a document to a runner merely because the customer requested the service.
Sealed and Restricted Records
Public pickup procedures may not apply to sealed or restricted records.
The Eighth Judicial District Court states that sealed domestic records are not open to general public inspection and that sealed civil and criminal records require appropriate authority or a court order for access.
Restricted matters may include:
- Adoption
- Juvenile case
- Sealed civil case
- Sealed criminal case
- Sealed domestic record
- Protected-person matter
- Confidential guardianship record
- Medical or mental-health record
- Another record restricted by law or court order
A restricted request requires review of the requester’s authority before dispatch.
Pickup of an Original Document
A request to retrieve an original is materially different from picking up an ordinary file-stamped copy.
Originals may include:
- Original will
- Original exhibit
- Original bond
- Original certificate
- Original notarized document
- Original evidence
- Another item released by the court
Original-document pickup may require:
- Special authorization
- Court order
- Signed receipt
- Identification
- Chain-of-custody documentation
- Protective packaging
- Direct return
- Restricted handling
The Eighth Judicial District Court warns that documents, files, and exhibits maintained by the Clerk cannot simply be removed for viewing.
Original retrieval must be separately confirmed and may require Original Document Delivery rather than the standard copy-pickup scope.
Copy Charges and Court Costs
Government and court charges remain separate.
Potential outside charges may include:
- Plain-copy charge
- Certification charge
- Exemplification charge
- Record-search charge
- Payment-processing charge
- Postage
- Court research charge
- Another government cost
The customer must authorize the charge before Lake Mead Mobile Notary pays it.
The amount may depend on:
- Page count
- Copy type
- Certification
- Exemplification
- Record age
- Search required
- Court
- Payment method
The final outside amount may not be known until the clerk locates or prepares the record.
Pickup Verification
Before leaving the counter, Lake Mead Mobile Notary may perform an apparent administrative check for:
- Correct case number
- Correct document title
- Correct party names
- Expected filing date
- Visible file stamp
- Visible judge or clerk signature when requested
- Certification when ordered
- Number of copies
- Page count
- Missing pages
- Court receipt
- Other customer-supplied pickup criteria
This review does not establish:
- Legal sufficiency
- Authenticity beyond the court’s apparent issuance
- Completeness of the entire court file
- Whether the order grants the relief expected
- Whether service has been completed
- Whether the document is final for appeal
- Whether further action is required
The customer remains responsible for substantive review.
Scanning and Electronic Delivery
The retrieved document may be scanned and delivered electronically when included.
Electronic delivery may involve:
- PDF scan
- Page-order review
- Rotation
- File naming
- Secure upload
- Email delivery when appropriate
- Delivery to an attorney or customer contact
Scanning does not create a certified electronic copy unless the court itself issued an electronically certified record.
Document Printing and Scanning may be separately required for:
- Large packets
- High-resolution scanning
- Color scanning
- Optical-character recognition
- Numerous files
- Advanced organization
- Multiple recipients
Physical Return, Mailing, and Shipping
The retrieved copy may be returned through:
- Local customer pickup
- Local courier delivery
- Standard mail
- Certified-mail package
- Tracked carrier
- Attorney-office delivery
- Another confirmed method
The pickup service does not automatically include every return method.
Courier delivery, certified-mail preparation, postage, shipping, packaging, insurance, signature confirmation, and international delivery remain separate unless included in the confirmed order.
What the Standard Pickup Scope May Include
The confirmed standard scope may include:
- Review of one routine pickup request
- Confirmation of one court or records-counter destination
- Review of customer-supplied case information
- Review of customer-supplied availability information
- Review of identification and authorization requirements
- One scheduled trip to one court location
- Ordinary courthouse entry and security screening
- Presentation of one routine pickup request
- Payment of customer-authorized court charges
- Collection of one available document or routine packet
- Apparent comparison with customer-supplied pickup criteria
- Collection of an available court receipt
- Material status communication
- Return of the document through the method expressly included
The standard scope does not include court-record research, certified-copy ordering, multiple cases, multiple courts, priority dispatch, extensive waiting, original-document release, substantive review, or repeated pickup attempts unless expressly included.

How the Service Works
1. Submit the Pickup Request
The customer supplies the court, case, document, availability, authorization, payment, and return information.
2. Scope and Availability Review
Lake Mead Mobile Notary reviews:
- Correct court
- Filing counter or records counter
- Exact document requested
- Whether a copy request already exists
- Whether the document is reportedly available
- Whether the request is a pickup or a new retrieval order
- Plain versus certified status
- Identification and authorization
- Confidentiality restrictions
- Outside charges
- Return method
- Requested deadline
3. Pickup Authorization
The customer confirms:
- Document to retrieve
- Court location
- Authorized requester
- Court charges
- Identification or written authorization
- Return method
- Final authorization to dispatch
4. Courthouse Pickup
Lake Mead Mobile Notary presents the available pickup information and requests release of the identified document.
The runner does not ask court staff to select an unidentified document or provide legal advice.
5. Apparent Document Check
When the record is released, Lake Mead Mobile Notary checks the apparent:
- Case number
- Document title
- Party names
- Filing stamp
- Signature when requested
- Certification when ordered
- Page count
- Copy quantity
Any discrepancy is reported before the document is returned when feasible.
6. Return and Completion
The retrieved document and available receipt are returned through the confirmed method.
The customer receives notice if:
- The document was collected
- The document was not ready
- The request could not be located
- Additional payment is required
- Authorization was insufficient
- The record is restricted
- A new copy request must be submitted
- A second trip or different service is required
Before You Start
Confirm That the Document Is Ready
Do not dispatch a runner solely because a document was filed or submitted.
A document may still be:
- Awaiting clerk review
- Awaiting judicial signature
- Awaiting filing
- Awaiting payment
- Awaiting correction
- Awaiting scanning
- Awaiting copy preparation
- Held by a judicial department
- Returned to the filer
- Available only electronically
- Unavailable because the request was never completed
Whenever possible, provide a court notice or verified status showing that the document is ready.
A Filed Motion Is Not a Signed Order
Filing a motion, petition, or proposed order does not mean the requested relief has been granted.
Before ordering pickup, confirm whether the customer needs:
- File-stamped motion
- Filed proposed order
- Judge-signed order
- Filed signed order
- Filed judgment
- Filed decree
- Clerk-issued document
- Certified copy
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not interpret the case docket to determine which legal result the customer should request.
Check for an Electronic Copy First
A physical pickup may be unnecessary when the file-stamped document is available through:
- Filing-platform account
- Court email
- Attorney account
- Customer email
- Online court portal
- Prior filing-service record
Las Vegas Justice Court currently distributes the file-stamped copy of a civil e-filing through email.
A customer who only needs a paper copy may be better served through Document Printing and Scanning.
Identify the Exact Document
Provide more than the general case name.
The request should include:
- Document title
- Filing date
- Filing party
- Case number
- Court
- Department when relevant
- Whether the document was signed
- Whether certification is required
- Whether a specific version is requested
A broad request for all documents in a case is outside the standard pickup scope.
File-Stamped Does Not Mean Certified
Do not order a routine file-stamped copy when the recipient requires:
- Certified copy
- Exemplified copy
- Raised or official seal
- Clerk certification
- Authentication
- Apostille
- Original issued record
Certified Court Record Retrieval or a combined retrieval-and-apostille service may be required.
Confirm the Recipient’s Requirement
Before pickup, ask the recipient whether it will accept:
- Electronic file-stamped PDF
- Ordinary paper printout
- Clerk-stamped paper copy
- Certified copy
- Exemplified copy
- Signed order
- Original document
- Apostilled document
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee that a routine file-stamped copy will satisfy the recipient.
A Signed Order May Not Yet Be Filed
A judge may sign a document before the clerk completes filing and docketing.
The customer should confirm whether the requested result must be:
- Signed
- Filed
- File-stamped
- Certified
- Entered on the docket
- Served on the parties
- Final for a particular administrative use
Pickup of a signed but unfiled paper may not accomplish the customer’s intended purpose.
Court Processing Time Is Outside Lake Mead Mobile Notary’s Control
A copy or signed document may take additional time to become available.
The Eighth Judicial District Court states that certain copy and search requests are processed before being mailed or returned to its records counter.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee:
- Court preparation time
- Judicial signature time
- Clerk review time
- Records-retrieval time
- Same-day availability
- A particular release date
The pickup should be scheduled only after sufficient readiness information is available.
Provide the Correct Court Location
The filing court and the pickup location may not be the same counter.
The document may be maintained by:
- Civil records
- Criminal records
- Family records
- Juvenile records
- Probate clerk
- Guardianship clerk
- Filing counter
- Judicial department
- Another records office
The related Facility record should control current address, parking, security, and access information.
Written Authorization May Be Required
Provide written authorization when the request was placed in another person’s name or when the court may require proof that Lake Mead Mobile Notary is permitted to collect the document.
The authorization should identify:
- Customer
- Authorized runner or business
- Court
- Case number
- Document
- Scope of authority
- Permission to pay approved charges
- Permission to receive the record
- Date
- Customer signature when required
The court may still require additional proof or decline third-party release.
Identification Requirements May Apply
The court may require identification for:
- Restricted record
- Sealed record
- Original document
- Party-only record
- Attorney-only record
- Copy request under a specific name
- Payment transaction
- Another controlled release
The customer should verify requirements before dispatch.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary will not misrepresent the runner’s identity, party status, attorney status, or authority.
Sealed and Restricted Records Require Advance Review
Do not order ordinary pickup for a sealed or restricted record without confirming the release procedure.
The court may require:
- Party identification
- Attorney-of-record status
- Court order
- Written authorization
- Specific request form
- In-person appearance by the requester
- Another statutory or judicial condition
A failed pickup caused by missing authority may require a separate trip after the customer obtains the necessary documentation.
Court Charges Are Separate
The service fee does not include:
- Court copy charges
- Certification charges
- Exemplification charges
- Search charges
- Payment-processing charges
- Postage
- Shipping
- Other government costs
The customer must authorize any amount due before payment.
Final Court Charges May Be Unknown
The court may not determine the final amount until it confirms:
- Page count
- Copy type
- Certification
- Record age
- Search required
- Number of documents
- Available format
The customer should provide a maximum authorized amount or remain available to approve the charge.
Stay Available During Pickup
The customer or authorized contact should remain reachable in case the court reports:
- Different document title
- Different filing date
- Additional amount due
- Copy not ready
- Request not found
- Authorization problem
- Restricted record
- Electronic copy available instead
- Multiple matching documents
- Need for a new request
- Different counter
- Delayed processing
Lake Mead Mobile Notary cannot make substantive choices among several records without customer direction.
Ordinary Pickup Does Not Include Court Research
The standard service does not include:
- Locating an unknown case
- Reviewing the docket
- Identifying every filing
- Determining which order is final
- Researching prior cases
- Searching by several names
- Reviewing archived records
- Comparing multiple documents
- Determining appellate status
Court Record Search or Certified Court Record Retrieval may be required.
Ordinary Pickup Does Not Include a New Copy Request
When no document is already available, the court may require:
- Written request
- Court form
- Search
- Page-count determination
- Payment
- Processing period
- Later pickup
- Mailing
That expanded workflow is a retrieval service rather than a simple pickup.
A Second Trip Is Not Automatically Included
A second trip may be required when:
- Document is not ready
- Court directs the runner to return
- Request cannot be found
- Authorization is insufficient
- Additional payment is required
- Wrong location was supplied
- Customer requested the wrong document
- Court releases only part of the request
- Signed order becomes available later
The need for a second trip should be quoted separately unless caused by a Lake Mead Mobile Notary fulfillment error within the accepted scope.
Standard Pickup Is Not Priority Pickup
A standard pickup is scheduled within the ordinary operating route.
Priority handling may be required when:
- Document must be collected the same day
- Counter closes soon
- Customer needs immediate scan-back
- A hearing or agency deadline is approaching
- A courier must depart immediately
- A second destination is time-sensitive
Priority service must be confirmed separately.
Scanning Is Not Certification
Scanning a clerk-stamped or certified paper copy creates a digital reproduction.
It does not automatically create a new electronically certified copy.
The customer should preserve the physical certified copy when the recipient requires the issued certification.
Return Delivery Is Separate Unless Included
The confirmed order should state whether the copy will be:
- Scanned and emailed
- Held for customer pickup
- Delivered locally
- Mailed
- Sent by tracked carrier
- Forwarded to an attorney
- Returned with another filing packet
Postage, shipping, courier travel, packaging, and signature services remain separate unless expressly included.
Filing the Document Did Not Complete Service on Other Parties
A file-stamped copy may be needed for service, but retrieving it does not complete service.
The customer remains responsible for determining:
- Who must be served
- Which documents must be served
- Permitted service method
- Service deadline
- Whether formal process service is required
- Whether proof of service must be filed
Process-Service Coordination is separate.
Separate Services and Third-Party Costs
The standard file-stamped-copy pickup scope does not include:
- Legal advice
- Attorney review
- Legal research
- Docket interpretation
- Court-record search
- Broad case-file retrieval
- Certified-copy ordering
- Exemplified-copy ordering
- Apostille or authentication
- Substantive document preparation
- Court Document Typing
- Court-Ready PDF Formatting
- Extensive printing or scanning
- Notarial acts
- Court filing
- Filing-rejection correction
- Priority or same-day dispatch
- Original-document release
- Multiple courts
- Multiple unrelated cases
- Multiple pickup attempts
- Court appearances
- Service of process
- Certified-mail preparation
- Postage
- Courier return delivery
- Tracked shipping
- Government charges
- Revisions outside the accepted scope
Any related service must be separately identified and confirmed.
Pickup Does Not Guarantee the Document Will Satisfy Its Intended Use
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee:
- That the requested document is available
- That the court will release it to a runner
- That the customer supplied the correct case information
- That the requested document is the final version
- That a proposed order has been signed
- That a signed document has been filed
- That the file-stamped copy is certified
- That the recipient will accept an ordinary copy
- That the record is public
- That a sealed record can be released
- That the court will complete the request by a particular date
- That another trip will not be required
- That service on other parties has been completed
- That the document produces the customer’s intended legal result
- That additional retrieval, certification, filing, service, or professional assistance will not be required
The customer remains responsible for identifying the requested record, confirming the recipient’s requirements, supplying authorization, approving outside charges, and selecting the return method.
